Questions owners ask.

I know I should be using AI in my business, but I don't have time to learn it. Can you help?

Most of the people we talk to are in the same spot. You don't need to learn any of it. We handle the site, the pages, your listing, and checking what the AI answers say about you. You just see the results. If there's a place AI could save you time elsewhere in the business, we'll say so in your monthly note.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not always. The audit tells you. If your site's message is solid, we can handle hosting, maintenance and search work without rewriting what's already working.

I already sell on Shopify. Can you connect my site to my store?

Yes. We build and run your site and your Google presence. Shopify keeps running your store. We make the two look and link like one business, and can show a few products on the site with checkout still on Shopify. Products, orders and payments stay in Shopify's hands and yours.

What is AI search optimization?

Making sure ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI answers know your business exists, what it does and where it is, so they can mention you when someone asks. In practice, that means pages that clearly say what you do, listings that agree with those pages, and information laid out so AI systems can read it.

Is SEO included?

Yes. Both plans build it in. Your site is written and structured for Google and AI search from day one, and your Google listing is set up to match. Our Grow plan adds the ongoing work: search and AI-answer checks every month with fixes made as needed, a new page a month for a service or nearby town, and your Google listing managed weekly. So Run is built for search and looked after. Grow keeps improving how you rank, month after month.

Google and ChatGPT answer people's questions now. Do I still need a website?

Yes, because the answer has to come from somewhere. Google's AI and ChatGPT build their answers out of pages, listings and reviews. If nothing you own says what you do and where you work, those systems use whoever does, and that is usually a competitor. In one audit, Google answered a customer's emergency question by naming three rival firms with their phone numbers, and every source it cited was a kind of page the business we were auditing doesn't have. Your site is no longer there just for the traffic. It is what AI systems use to build the answer to your customers' questions.

Do I need to understand any of the tools?

No. We set up and work in whatever the job needs. You get a site, a Google listing and a monthly note. If you ever want access to anything, it is yours.

Who owns the website and domain?

The domain is registered in your name from day one, and so are your Google listing, your content and every account we set up. The site itself is yours once your first six months are paid. Building it with nothing up front only works because of that. If you ever leave, everything goes with you.

How long does a build take?

Usually a few weeks from the audit to going live, depending on how quickly we get your content, photos and approvals.

What does the free audit involve?

We look at your current site, your Google listing, and how AI answers describe you.
